Terms of Service and Return Policy
Returns, exchanges and refunds are not available for patterns, apparel, stickers or bags. If there is an issue with your pattern, we will be more than happy to assist you and corrections are attainable on my website under “Pattern Corrections.” All of the “Gear & Gifts” items are print-on-demand, which means they are unique and only printed once ordered. Therefore, we will not be responsible for incorrect shipping information or incorrect size and color choices. If there is a printing error on the part of the vendor, please contact us within five (5) days of your shipments arrival, so we can possibly get the issue resolved. After the five (5) days, we will not be able to assist and the order will be considered final. Completed commissioned pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Product Shipping
All “Gear & Gifts” items are shipped by a third party vendor. The vendor will process and print your order and ship the item(s) directly to you within 4 business days. Please contact creative@sewhookedontreasures.com if that does not occur.
